Services FAQs

What services do you offer?

I provide fractional CMO leadership and marketing strategy, digital transformation and operational optimization, enterprise-wide brand development and communications, paid digital and traditional media placement, e-commerce systems integration, and asset, merchandise, and environmental design. The right mix depends on your company’s priorities and the scope of work.

What is your retainer model?

My engagements are retainer-based, with monthly tiers of $3,000, $5,000, and $7,500. The retainer reserves ongoing strategic leadership and service capacity for your business. The appropriate tier depends on the work, level of involvement, and pace of implementation we agree on.

Why do you require a retainer?

Meaningful marketing work takes consistent attention, coordination, and follow-through. A retainer gives us an agreed scope and ongoing working relationship, so I can support your priorities over time instead of treating each need as a disconnected task or billing separately for every conversation and adjustment.

What does the retainer include?

The retainer covers the strategic and marketing services defined in our agreement. Scope varies by tier and by your company’s needs. Before we begin, we’ll agree on priorities, responsibilities, deliverables, and how we’ll review progress. Larger projects—such as a website design or development—may require a separate scope and budget.

Are advertising costs included?

No. Paid media budgets, including Google Ads, billboard, podcast, and other media placement costs, are separate from my service retainer. We’ll define the recommended media budget and obtain your approval before a campaign launches.

Do you work on commission?

If your company is seeking sales and marketing support that includes commission, that work requires a monthly retainer and a separate written agreement defining the commission structure.

What happens during a discovery call?

A discovery call is an initial conversation about your company, goals, current marketing and operational challenges, and the kind of support you’re looking for. It helps us determine whether there’s a fit and what a potential engagement could involve. It isn’t a full audit or a strategy session; any further assessment or project work would be scoped separately.

What should my company have in place before reaching out?

I work with legitimate, operating businesses and organizations that have an established decision-maker, clear business priorities, and a monthly marketing budget of at least $3,000. Your business should also be properly established and have the relevant state and federal tax registrations or documentation for its structure, including if you operate as a sole proprietor.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I work with organizations that need strategic marketing leadership and stronger systems to support growth. My experience includes construction and field services, hospitality and recreation, automotive and motorsports, public-sector and economic development initiatives, nonprofit and education organizations, and literary and visual arts.

What happens after I submit the inquiry form?

I review each inquiry to understand the company’s needs, readiness, and budget. If there appears to be a fit, I’ll follow up with a link to schedule a discovery call. During that conversation, we can discuss your priorities and determine whether an engagement makes sense.
